Pulp Pump is a horizontal, single flow centrifugal pump that is widely used to transport the mixture of liquid & fibrous materials paper & fiberboard manufacturing in the pulp & paper industry. It generally has an open impeller that can be attached with a side channel impeller in order to pump fluid with hard pulp.
Paper Pulp Mill Pump is a single suction centrifugal pump that is popularly used to transfer feed stock with 4% consistency and with 5-7% entrained air to the paper making machine. It has open impellers with adjustable front wear plate to pump feed stock with hard pulp conveniently.
In paper & pulp industry, the paper stock pump is popularly used for pumping the feed stock to the paper or pulp making machine The transferred feedstock is generally of 4 - 7% consistency and also has 7-8 % entrained air. This stock pump also has degasser to remove excess amount of gas from the pulp fluid.
Stock Pump is a heavy duty single flow centrifugal pump that is widely used in paper & pulp industry for transferring fluids with the consistency of 7 % i.e. liquid + pulp fibers. The motor as well as pump shafts of this stock pump is covered with sealed casing in order to prevent leakage of fluid during pumping process.
